We’ve been renting out properties for 15 years and providing inventories for landlords and letting agents for over 5 years. We know what’s important when it comes to a report – detail is everything and we make sure that every element is covered. Even if we’re busy and the timescale is stretched, we can usually provide that report on the day the inventory is carried out. If not, you’ll still receive it within 48 hours. Alongside our full inventory package, we also provide EPC’s and Legionella risk assessments to our clients in Trowbridge and surrounding areas including Bath, Frome, Chippenham, Devizes and Warminster. We can be the accountability that both you and your tenant require.

    H Houses Property Solutions provides a complete inventory service. We will record the exact condition of your property at the time of check-in, including the state of appliances and decor. Our team can oversee both check-ins and check-outs, ensuring meters are read, alarms are tested, and keys are disseminated. We can also manage deposits if preferred. We promise to deliver a comprehensive report to both you and your tenant either on the same day or within 48 hours at the most. Our inventory service adheres to all relevant COVID-19 safety guidelines. With three years of experience in the inventory business and ten in the property industry, we guarantee a thorough and safe service for your peace of mind.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION

    At least 24 hours before any inspection, full payment is required. However, if an inspection is requested at short notice or an emergency inventory check is required, there may be some flexibility with the payment. In such cases, payment can usually be accepted at the time of booking. If a slot is available, urgent same-day enquiries can sometimes be accommodated. We take pride in offering quality services at affordable prices.
