    WHY USE US FOR YOUR EPC?

    We will arrange to visit your property at a time that is convenient to you, normally within 48 hours of your initial enquiry and will carry out the EPC survey. On an average domestic property the survey will take around 40 minutes – your certificate should arrive within the following 48 hours via an email that will contain a link to your EPC on the official register.

    For peace of mind, your Energy Performance Certificate will be valid for a period of 10 years from the date of issue.

    PAYMENT INFORMATION

    At least 24 hours before any inspection, full payment is required. However, if an inspection is requested at short notice or an emergency inventory check is required, there may be some flexibility with the payment. In such cases, payment can usually be accepted at the time of booking. If a slot is available, urgent same-day enquiries can sometimes be accommodated.
