FAQs

How long does the reports take to get to me? We aim to get the report to you the same day, if we are exceptionally busy it may take up to 48 hours maximum.

When do I pay? Payments will need to be made in full at least 24 hours before inspection. If you require a short notice or an emergency inventory check and we have the ability to accomodate we can take payment when booking.

How much advanced notice do you require? We usually require 48 hours notice but we may be able to accomodate urgent, same day service if there is a slot available.

What payment types do you accept?

Bank transfers only.
